Also, think about this- you wager 20 hands and lay the side bet each time. That is $20 you should have used towards the actual game bet instead of a sucker bet. Imagine what you could have been able to win at a bet with more favorable odds using that $20.
Single number wagers in Roulette: This is especially true for American Roulette. The reason? American Roulette has 2 zeroes on the wheel, as opposed to European Roulette, which has just one. This shifts the complete casino advantage from twopercent with one zero wheel to a huge 5.26percent in American. The one number bet has just a one in thirty eight chance of winning, which are very big odds indeed. Try even-odd or black-red bets instead which have a much smaller house advantage.
Keno: Any variation of Keno, and regardless of how you bet on it, the casino edge can be a huge twenty-five percent. Yes, that isn’t a error. Because of the huge set of numbers you must pick, it is not recommended to wager on Keno very much. A few times for enjoyment, maybe. But do not waste all your cash on it or you’ll immediately find yourself broke.
